Ms. Leena A. Bhilarkar has over 16+ years of experience in the “People Management” function, and has performed the role of “Vice President – Human Resources”, for past many years at a Multinational Software Organization. She has also performed the role of an “Ethics & Compliance Officer”, and was also appointed the “Presiding Officer” of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) for continuous period of two terms. Currently, she is associated with multiple Organizations in the capacity of a Strategic Advisor – HR and Trainer/Coach/Mentor.

She has rich experience in the areas of Staff Welfare & HR Budgeting, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Managerial Trainings, Team Building, Leadership Training, Ethics & Compliance Training, Performance Management Systems, Competency Framework, Policies & Processes, Building Organizational Culture, Compensation & Benefit Management, Industry Benchmarking, Labour Law Compliances, Audits & Assessments, Automation of HR processes, HR System Implementations, and more.

Leena graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Science) degree from 'Walchand College of Engineering', Maharashtra. Post that, she pursued Masters in Business Administration (HR & Systems) from 'Alliance Business Academy', Bengaluru. She has various certificates and formal knowledge to her credit, such as, Diploma in Counselling (TISS), Train the Trainer, Competency Mapping, Yoga Certificate, Buddhist Philosophy, Reiki healing technique and few more, which makes her perceive Individuals and Organizations in a holistic manner, that in turn assists in forming collaborative professional associations.
